Delivery Coverage
We offer PAN India shipping to all serviceable pin codes. Please ensure that you enter accurate shipping details while placing your order. We have partnered with leading Indian shipping provider Shiprocket to ensure your orders are handled with care and delivered safely and promptly.
Shipping Charges for Delivery in India
Prepaid Orders:
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹500.
A flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable for orders of ₹500 or below.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
COD is available across India.
Shipping rates are the same as above.
The full invoice amount is payable at the time of delivery in cash or as per the courier partner’s accepted payment modes.
Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the courier partner's reach. On average:
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Non-metro cities and remote areas: 4–8 business days
(Please note: Delays during festive seasons or unforeseen events may occur.)
Dispatch Timeline
We strive to dispatch products within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. Our reliable shipping partners ensure timely delivery to your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp from our delivery partner (Shiprocket). You can monitor your shipment in real-time.
Packaging
All orders are packaged securely and discreetly to ensure your products arrive safely without revealing the contents.
Handling Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We take utmost care in dispatching your orders, but in rare cases where:
The package is lost or undelivered: We will coordinate with Shiprocket to raise an investigation. If confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Products are damaged on arrival: Please share unboxing videos/photos within 24 hours of delivery for us to assist you with a replacement or store credit.
There are unexpected delays: We will track and communicate updates actively, though delays beyond our control (like weather, strikes, or courier issues) may occur.

Undelivered Orders – COD Specific
If a COD order is returned due to non-delivery (RTO), we will reship it once, provided the customer agrees to prepay 10% of the order amount as a security fee.
If undelivered again, no further attempt will be made, and no refund will be processed.
